On May 28, 2014, I made and order for iPhones 5s, Order ID# [redacted] , and after waiting for over months, on September 11, 2014, I requested a full refund for the order amount of $2,I received an e-mail from AVOBUY saying that it will take 1+ month/s to receive the refund due to the banking process, which it does not make sense at allSo I made my first complaint to them on October 2, 2014, about the full refund issue, the second complaint on November 18, 2014, and third complaint on November 25, Sometimes the replied saying the refund is in process, and sometimes they did not replied at allI tried to contact them through the phone they never answeredI have complained to them numerous times after November 25, 2014, but they are not willing to resolve this issue
