phone-***Consumer states that when he purchased the system he was advised that installation included in the $Consumer states that when went there for the install, Henry was not there but the installer wasHe states that the installer wanted to know how he was going to get paidAustin, the installer called Henry to find out how he was supposed to get paid and Henry told him that the consumer was going to pay for the installation and Austin handed the consumer the phone and at that time they went back and forth about who would payThe consumer wound up coming out of another $for the installationThe consumer states that he did not get a receipt from either Henry or AustinConsumer wants to get the $ extra that he had to pay for the installation and he would like a receipt
