I called at am and the lady said that Chet would call mehours later still no call obviously they don't need the business!

I just had service from Pattie and the tech was so great My lights were off and the car stuck in the garageHe fixed the problem which was a light that made the breaker trip He also checked all the outlets in the house Thank You

I called at 900 am and the lady said that Chet would call me. 4 hours later still no call obviously they don't need the business!

We received a letter regarding a complaint on our company for not paying a claim. The letter was sent on November 24, but we did not receive it until our return from Thanksgiving November 30.

Our carriers are “A” rated carriers with great track records for handling claims, but in this case the client’s claim was denied for the damages submitted. The cited reason was equipment added to a utility trailer that had been converted into a camper. The carrier said we could have endorsed the policy and would have had we known the equipment had been added. We received the request to add this trailer on May 8, 2014. The notes we have on this trailer states, “add a utility trailer and vehicle id number.” There are no notes regarding equipment on the trailer. We keep notes on every conversation we have with our client’s and have done so since the beginning of our agency in 2009.. We virtually never do inspections on vehicles we place with our carriers and it is not required by the companies we represent. We take dated notes on conversations we have with client’s for that reason to help eliminate misunderstandings. We are truly sorry that the equipment added was damaged, but the carrier had no knowledge nor did we according to our notes. Finally, we have no control over the claims our carriers pay or deny, even though we fought with our carrier to get this covered. We, as an agency, have no ability to pay for the damage nor would we based on the client’s word versus our notes. We know that the client is frustrated and upset with the claim denial and for that we are truly very sorry! Sincerely,                 Rick B[redacted], Agent/Owner

Today I called Pattie Electric and within a few hours 2 technicians, Marco and Mike, arrived and listened to the problems I was having with an overhead kitchen light I just replaced and also a series of electrical outlets that stopped working upstairs in a bedroom. They verified a few things and within less than 20 minutes they had both electrical issues resolved. Both technicians were friendly yet professional and I would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

We had an unexpected electrical problem that was discovered to be much more complicated once the work had started. Pattie Electric was responsive to the urgency of the issue. There was some miscommunication between us, but they worked hard to resolve that. They care about their customers. They ensured we moved from a bad situation to one where the issues were resolved and our customer satisfaction was achieved.
