Review: On Jan,2014, I dropped my [redacted] vacuum off the the Avon Vacuum Sales,Repair Store at [redacted] because the switch didn't work, they took a few weeks and after two phone calls by me to them, they said the vacuum was fixed. When I picked it up I told them it wasn't my original vacuum. After paying the bill $97.51, I put it in my car and looked at it again, I went back into the store and told them again it was not my vacuum and he described all the things they had done, and never said anything about replacing the body of the vacuum, but assured me it was indeed the vacuum I had dropped off. Needless say I am not happy. the replaced body was beat up, dirty and rusty.They never once told me that they replaced the body.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be upfront with me and tell me the truth.
