My garage was fixed as promised, for the price they promised No matter where you live, I would recommend them without hesitation

This guy want to buy an opener for his small door we are a genie and Liftmaster dealerSo I gave an option ,Genie is cheaper in price so he pick that one it was over a year that the board went out Our policy warranty labor First six months freeLast six months $After one year $65After two years our feeOpener broke down after a year I told him we are due for $trying to work with this guy should've been $but $he says NO not going to pay anything Office told him call Genie you get the part for freeHe did call me back about a week later ask again to install it for free no $he says noSo he installs the part himself and burned up the opener probably forgot to unplug it at the big no then he calls me and says I'm calling the Revdex.com if you come out and replace his opener with the Liftmaster a threat I don't like threats At this time I was not a member of the Revdex.com and you guys did not have my email that was change first time I heard about this complaintI will change is opener to a LiftMaster but he has to pay up grade on opener and logic board I can do it for about $ If he read this Genie just had a small problem when I think it was Japan had that salami and flooded the country It's all good now

I would like everyone to know that Avondale Garage has gone way above what someone should expect of a companyThe owner *** came out and had send people to review my issues with the garage opener that I had purchased from them about years ago
I was charged service call but the men he sent out was so professional it was greatThe equipment I had purchased went bad and Avondale Garage replace just about every part with NO Change to meCome to find out it that the equipment was faulty
I would recommend Avondale Garage to everyone that is looking for a professional, reliable and honest company

*** at Avondale Garage Door came to our home to inspect and repair a garage door that we had backed into Initially, it looked like the repair was going to be well over $ We authorized it When he began working on it, he was able to pop the dent back in and repair the door for significantly less *** could easily have taken advantage of the situation but instead, he was honest and helped us save money for which we are really grateful and impressed I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs

I am very impressed with your company. You have been out to my home 3 times. And once you didn't charge me anything. Your honest & don't charge for things not necessary. Not many companies left like yours!!

I was charged 1 service call but the men he sent out was so professional it was great. The equipment I had purchased went bad and Avondale Garage replace just about every part with NO Change to me. Come to find out it that the equipment was faulty.

Now I am not sure if this is the norm for this place but talk about quick and great service. A quick phone call to them, description of my issue and [redacted] fires off an affordable quote along with several options to cater to my schedule. We agree on a same day repair, he gives a 2 hr window and is spot on. The repair takes less than an hour and they have earned a customer for life. It's hard to find places like this these days. Thanks for the great work guys!
