Review: I never received any information about the price of product, where it was from and the terms until I called my credit card about the charges. I wanted to print what I ordered from my computer but it never let me so I watched my bills to see that they only charged what I could remember was the price. They did charge that first price that I remembered $4.95, $1.95 and $3.95 but I was shocked the next month when I saw that they charged $98.73, $98.73 and $94.53. I called the credit card and they were very helpful. They gave me the number to call and I found out I was on an automatic monthly club. They had already sent me more of the product. I did get off the list and they refunded me for the second shipment once I said I would call Revdex.com. After calling again and saying I would call you again they took another 35% off the first shipment. I feel they advertised falsely saying it was a special limited price and never saying that it was a monthly club and a free trial that you have to pay a very high price for if you do not call them when they do not even give you a number to call. I just tried calling their custom service number 888-211-5854 and that number is no longer in service along with another number I called that once did work. I wanted them to refund $197.80 which is what they still charged me for the product I thought was only $4.95.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop that kind of advertising so other people are not trapped into the same deal. They should at least send information about their product and what the charges and terms are with the product. I did not receive anything but the product and I needed a magnifying glass to read how to use the product. They did not even have an address of where it came from on the package. I would also like a refund of $197.80 for the products that they charged me for without my knowing or wanting.

Review: Advertisement was Free Sample skin cream with shipping fee only($4.95). I gave my credit card number. AVONLEA CHARGED $98.73 ON 21NOV2015, $98.73 ON 21DEC2015 AND $89 ON 20JAN2015. I never ordered product. I never received sample cream either. I contacted [redacted] last December when I first noticed their charges. [redacted] made me able to talk Avonlea. The lady, Avonlea asked me if I want to cancel, I answered "Yes". On Jan 23, 2015, I received a product first time (after cancelation). I closed [redacted] account. I called Avonlea at 888-211-5854 on 21Feb2015, The lady told me they canceled on 21Jan2015. Also, she said that they do not accept return product. There were no invoice or bill in the box. The company has using several different names with the same address and I found the same complains on ripoff report web site.Desired Settlement: Drop all charges.

Stop false advertisement and the company should be under criminal investigation for fraud.

Review: There is no way to cancel delivery of the produce they just keep charging my account. I have found 3 phone numbers and they are all shut down.Desired Settlement: I want to send this package back, I don't want to send it back till I know I will receive my refund. And I need to know where to send it back to.

Review: This company uses unfair advertisement on the web in that they propose a free trial of their product which is sent to your home. What they don't tell you is that if you don't call them within 30 days they will bill you full price for their product at what I consider an exorbitant price the. Then will continue the next month to bill you and every month thereafter. I don't consider this a "free trial"Desired Settlement: I have paid the shipping cost and will return their product if so desired, but would like a refund of the first months charge.
