I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. the response from the company made it appear I reached out for a service callThat is not the caseThe company called to explain that our equipment “needed routine maintenance”When we resquested a quote, only the rebedding and service charge were quoted.they company made several attempts to complete the work, and refused to make an appointmentTheir procedure is to call each day they have a service call in the area to add you to their scheduleOn the day the completed the service call, we had budgeted for only the quoted amount, and were prepared to pay only that amount It was never explained that this service call could lead to additional charges, nor was it discussed with my wife at any point during the service callThe practice of cold calling to get a service call, then providing a quote, then overcharging without permission or consent is the area I am concerned withI called to remedy the sutcuation after the service call and the manager provided excuses, rather then solutionsThe technician should have explained and received consent for the additional chargesThe technican should have completed the job correctly, the first time, and cleaned up his messThe manager should have been concerned with providing good customer service rather then making excuses, should have sought consent for additional charges, and should be answering questions with accuracy rather then reaching out to customers and providing misleading chargesThey company called us to have “year maintance” preformed.

The response that was sent by the business is and a blatant lieThe salesman had to return to our home NOT because of a change in paperwork because the house is in my nameThe paperwork had to be redone because the PURHASE PRICE was not what had been agreed uponSo I refused to sign, and they had to return with new paperwork with the correct purchase price and the matter of cosigner/primary had not been discussed further and was actually reassured once more that *** WOULD in fact be the primary on the loan, no other hanged were made to the paperwork, other than the PURHASE price when they came back outWould request proof of both sets of paperwork if they are claiming this to be trueMyself being the sole home owner bares no reflection on ***s ability to be approved for a personal loanThe company is again providing statements in an attempt to remove blame from themselves.

Good afternoon, we received letter in mail today regarding guest *** ***Whenever we receive his call we already changed room to non smoking from smoking?Unfortunately this prepaid reservation is non cancel-ableIf you cancel than you don't get anything back and when somebody book, they know
that they loose money if they don't show upWe already involved management to cancel one of room and now guest has to understand we can't do anything more in thisI already talked to guest and tell him the situationBest we can do is just change the date of reservation.Thanks

We did the maintenance on the system that needed to be done in order for the water to be the best it can be, which this family says is great.Their problem is, their inability to pay for the service right now. give an exact total because every job is different. However, we were able to quote part of the job that we knew for sure needed to be done. That was the service charge for the call, rebedding charge, and the hose charge. However, because every basement is different, we were unable to quote an exact labor charge or any add ons that the customer may choose. Everything we did on the [redacted] equipment was basic maintenance that must be done. This was explained to them at the time of the sale.As far as our worker leaving a small 5 gallon bucket full of mineral and a small hose in their driveway, by accident, we apologized and offered to immediately come out to get it. To which I was informed, " don't worry about it, I already moved it". The crooked tank in the basement just needed to have the bottom boot adjusted a little to make it straight. I offered to send my guy back to do it, but Mr. [redacted] replied, "I already adjusted it". Which I'm sure took him about 5-10 seconds.I believe that the money is the issue for this situation because the check that the [redacted]'s wrote for the service was returned for Not Sufficient Funds. The [redacted]/[redacted] family wanted a water treatment system. We couldn’t get the[redacted] side of the family financed because the home is in Mr. [redacted]’s name. We called them toset an appointment up after explaining the situation to both of them that we needed to come back andredo the paperwork...

since the house was is Mr. [redacted]’s name. I explained this again to Mr. [redacted]on the phone about a month ago. We would have not had to set an appointment up to return and redothe paperwork without explaining the reason to them.Thank you,Mark S[redacted]All American Water Treatment Co.
