11/21/2017Revdex.com Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA Re: ID [redacted] Dear [redacted] :The [redacted] family set up a service call for maintenance on the RainSoft machineThey asked us, at the time of call, how much the service call would beWe explained that we can't give an exact total because every job is differentHowever, we were able to quote part of the job that we knew for sure needed to be doneThat was the service charge for the call, rebedding charge, and the hose chargeHowever, because every basement is different, we were unable to quote an exact labor charge or any add ons that the customer may chooseEverything we did on the [redacted] equipment was basic maintenance that must be doneThis was explained to them at the time of the sale.As far as our worker leaving a small gallon bucket full of mineral and a small hose in their driveway, by accident, we apologized and offered to immediately come out to get itTo which I was informed, " don't worry about it, I already moved it"The crooked tank in the basement just needed to have the bottom boot adjusted a little to make it straightI offered to send my guy back to do it, but Mr [redacted] replied, "I already adjusted it"Which I'm sure took him about 5-seconds.I believe that the money is the issue for this situation because the check that the [redacted] 's wrote for the service was returned for Not Sufficient FundsIf the [redacted] family would like me to help them with installment payments I would be happy to do that.Thank You, Mark *S*All American Water Treatment CoLLC
