when speaking with *** via text and in person he said we can go very light since I had virgin hair at the time, I showed him a picture of which he agreed and said yes can do this
the result given was me having brown on the root and light brown or more like orange brown on the bottom, I specific told him I did not want any brown on the bottom of my hair or light in the root, he said no off course not, it will look just like the picture, when speaking to *** and telling her how unsatisfied I was she got loud and very aggressive and said no this is ombre style and that's what you wanted, she said *** would be the only person that would be able to correct the problem because if I wanted any one else to correct It I would have to pay again if I paid at the salon why would I have to pay twice for there negligence, That's when I ask to speak to owner who I wasn't able to to reach after attempting numerous times and Leaving her messages with ***. Now owner said in her statement that she send a text offering herself to correct thee problem she never offer me and never bother on calling me once after I attempted numerous times, she states I never give the opportunity to correct the problem, I have attached the message she send me where she states *** will add more high lights not her, she never give me an option of using a different hair stylist nor did she offer to correct it or to reimburse me. since *** didn't do as we agreed the first time I didn't want him to do anything to my hair anymore due to this result at this point I will never allow A***ti to fix my hair, the accusations of me begging *** where I could have went to any hair stylist but he guarantee me that he would do it as in the picture

We are writing in response to your letter regarding the complaint filed by *** *** (a client of ***'s for the past five years), made an appointment for *** to do her hair on February 17,She wanted to get an Ombre doneDuring the consultation with the client
he explained that hair can't be lifted more then four levels at a time for the health of the hair (this can be verified by another stylist that was sitting nearby)After the consultation they began the process and completed the Ombre, she stated that she wanted it lighterShe was told that if they take it any lighter at this time the hair would be damaged and could break offShe said she wanted her hair to re***n healthy but still wanted it lighter*** had already taken her hair from level to a level Any further action that day would have damaged the hair
As per her statement of phone calls, she did speak with *** the day shift manager and however so was in no way rude to the customerShe did try to explain that if the client wanted to come back in that we would highlight her hair to get it to the desired color, but the customer got excitable and said she did not want *** to touch her hair*** tried to let her know that we would have someone else to do her hair at no additional cost but she was not satisfied with the offer
Another thing I would like to mention is that she did this to *** five years ago at another salonAfter having a service done by *** she left and then complained about it and said she would never go back to him againA month later she called him & begged him to take her backHow sorry she was & would never do it if he would please forgive herI personally sent her a text message offering her a manicure & pedicure that could be used at the clients convenience and would never expireI also offered her to come back & I personally would highlight her hair to get it the color she was asking for and that it would be no chargeI also explained that if her hair would have been lifted any lighter that day her hair would have been damaged
My question now is if the color wasn't light enough then why did she go to another salon and have it darkenedAs far as her desired settlement of a full refund, we did offer to have another stylist work on her hair to try and get her hair to her liking and offered a manicure and pedicureShe did not afford us the opportunity to correct any problem, therefore I do not feel we owe the client anything

Dear [redacted],We did receive the response today that [redacted] sent you.  We have already sent you out response so we don't have anything else to add to this, except for the fact that I have been a business owner for over 25 years & have never have a problem with any customers.  We always offer any client that isn't satisfied with their service to come back within that week & we will fix free of charge.  We did try several different attempts to satisfy her but she declined every offer.  I personally offered myself to redo her hair free of charge.  Again, this is a pattern that she has had   And I feel that we did everything we possibly could to please her. Review: I ask for a certain hair style, and was given the wrong color and look. on 02/17/2014 I ask [redacted] if he can give me an ombre look he specifically said yes because you have virgin hair that I been growing for 3 years. I was very unsatisfied because my hair looked nothing like the picture and colors we agreed on, Instead I explain to [redacted] I was very unsatisfied and wanted a refund he didn't reply, I called spoke to [redacted] salon manager instead of helping she made me feel and told me I was in the wrong, said she couldn't do anything and if I wanted someone else to re due my hair I would have to pay again I ask to speak to the owner said she was not in. called 02/18/14 [redacted] answer once again was rude took message.02/19/14 called at 9am [redacted] answer took mess to call back ASAP.called at 2pm [redacted] very rude said owner will call me back.02/20/14 owner send me a text standing that she was very sorry and she will give me a free mani and pedi,and [redacted] can highlight hair but cannot lift hair more.Desired Settlement: want a full refund for my time and lack of compassion for my problem off 180.00 I paid at the salon plus 90.00 additionalthat another salon will charge to dye my hair back to my natural hair color I do not want [redacted] to re due my hair or any one at that salon where was treated very unfair and yelled at and still had to go trough these measurement's.
