Update (6/1/2014): I reached [redacted] at ###-###-####. He told me that he does not have $800 and was not able to sell the items...
from my father's residence. He asked me to propose an alternative settlement. I asked him to pay me $400 and provide a receipt from [redacted] or [redacted] for the donation of the other items worth at least $400 which he agreed to. He said he would do this in 1 week.
On June 7, I reminded [redacted] by phone of the alternative settlement.
