We have spoken to Miss [redacted] within the past few weeks and she was concerned as she lost our contact information. She was in the search of a letter stating that her account was paid in full as she unfortunately had another company contacting her and threatening her with false statements. The office...

responded and gave her a letter that she was looking for. She stated as long as she received fer letter that she would be satisfied and drop the complaint. The letter was sent and she should have received it. If there are ny other questions or concerns she may contact our office at any time. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I want it to be clear that this business made actual contact with me every time they called and every time I told them I refused to pay this debt as it is not valid.  They continued to call until I filed the complaint.  They are threatening and harassing and trying to lie their way out of it.
