Review: I placed an order online. The website states that there will be shipment within 3 business days. It has now been 10 days. I have reached out repeatedly sending 3 emails, 1 Facebook message, and 1 Facebook page post. Yet failed to ever receive a response as to the status of my order.Desired Settlement: A timely response to order inquiries is expected. Shipment within the dates listed on the website are expected or delays communicated immediately. I will be placing a stop payment o my credit card.
