They sold me a 17,000 car 2010 Dodge. It was not disclosed to me of the structural damage, or that it was a rental before my purchase,
On 9/26/12 I bought a 2010 Dodge Charger from A&W Auto Plaza. I paid 18,469.40, ext. warranty for 3 yrs was 1,470 of the 18, 469.40. Dealer # XXXXX, stock # AXXXXX. I recieved a "Multi-State Vehicle History Report Vin [redacted]. Stating the car was never rental,or damaged. After contacting carfax I discovered the car WAS a rental in the state of Washington, and was in a accident which caused structural damaage. Car was bought from a auction, repaired, painted and sold for top blue price. Thrifty Rental Car reported the Damage at the auction. All paperwork is aval. at your request.
