Worst experience ever: (Stay away from this contractor MA HIC License #184583)
Countless no shows with various crappy excuses: lost his phone, family issues, etcHe is extremely hard to get hold ofFor most of the time, I was not able to catch him on the call (and basically no reply to most voice messages)
He demands payment while job is not even doneThis contractor basically thinks everyone owes him and he is being a victim all time long
He claimed he did extra job, while a lot of the extra jobs are unnecessary and repetitive due to his poor project management (installing/uninstalling something repetitively due to poor communication and coordination)
He always complained about he wouldn't get paid for something, and thus delayed work time and time again
What's even worse is, this contractor constantly accuses of me not wanting him to do the job and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that I paid him
With the fact that he has several clients suing him (he mentioned by himself), this guy is not only a bad contractor but also a terrible human being with various issues
I must say, in reading the last review, I thought I'd already posted something and forgotten...our experience with this 'company' was exactly the same. We too paid him for a large majority of the job and found ourselves with a project nowhere near done--and in having it inspected, have found numerous issues and poor workmanship. Over the course of 6+ months, we were given more excuses than I can count and everyone BUT the licensed contractor (License #184583), who was contracted and PAID for said job, was to blame (according to him). If he weren't legally licensed, I'd say this business is nothing but a scam--which is certainly what our job turned out to be.
Let me start by saying thank you for the Holiday post card you sent out, very thoughtful and unexpected considering we are just a recent customer :). Oh It's great to see you finally have sites to post reviews about your company on, We've been waiting sense the completion of the Kitchen, but plenty of calls from some curious customers that we hope turned out well hehe!! Anyways, on behalf of KC and myself we would love to express our gratitude on such an amazing job you've done on both our Kitchen and now Bathroom we LOVE them both!!!!! The Craftsmanship really shows with your outstanding attention to detail and unlimited resources with ideas/visions you provided every time we had questions with design/layout, absolute life safer with my indecisive self hehe!
And for the record we would also like to let you know just how much we appreciate you sticking it out all way to end even after all the unfortunate events that came from a few unprofessional employees you guys had working for you. Walking away could have really set us back....Thank you!! Honestly I have to say it's rather odd to see reviews being posted like the ones left before this one, seeing how both projects were nothing less then professional, Even after the personal and company misfortunes that took place. Really the best words of wisdom I can say is you just can't satisfy them all hun, and good help is hard to find!!! And No matter what always keep that positive vibe going with future customers and continue to show your creativity and dedication and you will have unlimited success in both work and life! Oh and I have no problem sharing our experience with any potential customer of yours at all :) Happy you kept everything going!!
P.S we have more jobs for you come the end of winter/beginning of spring along with a few from the neighbors. Please give Whitley and Roxie our best, hope the surgery went smooth and Happy Holidays to you and your family.
