As a courtesy to our residents, we offer a Lease Termination Agreement when they have an unexpected need to terminate their lease, prior to its expiration. The Lease Termination Agreement requires a signature by all residents, and states that a $1,lease termination fee be paid
at the same time the day written notice is given Rent is to be paid through the day notice period as well If a Lease Termination Agreement is not completed, then the resident would be obligated to fulfill the original terms of their signed lease.
