I gave money on several occasions when my year old daughter was there with my credit card It was sent by docu sign over my phone My daughter recently left and they charged my account without my permission for her final week of rent Every time I gave money I signed this form, but never signed for this authorization I'm very disappointed and feel this was fraud My daughter said she had already paid her balance in cash She is a recovering drug addict so that could be questionable, but using my credit card without my authorization isn't in question It happened One one occasion when I was putting on $they tried to slip by a $charge and I caught it and refused to sign Very disappointed with this facilities business practices

At first the admissions process is like a dream come true, like answered prayers. Unfortunately, it changes much too quickly. DO NOT provide your credit card information. Many staff are recovering addicts themselves, where the "I know what you are going through" theory is in use. Yet, many are lacking of compassion [redacted] patience that all clients should be treated with. I was disappointed, as I had hope that my daughter would be helped and improve. There were charges to my account were unauthorized.
