[redacted] came in person on September **, to view the furnished rental apartment himself and decided, after looking at other properties, to rent it the following day We also made several concessions for his stay, by including the utilities in the rent and agreeing to store some of the existing furniture for him in order to create an empty work out room for him to see clientsHe promised to restore everything back to the way it was, and we indicated that on our signed agreementAt check out he had not done his duty and we had to schedule the re-arrangementThe balance of the security deposit has now been refunded to the same card it was issued

We´re just trying to get at least some of our money back, we reserved with a lot of anticipation and the main reason the unit was not available in the end was your responsibility, not ours.? ? ? Client made reservation for persons eachWhen the units they originally requested became unavailable we offered them SEVERAL alternatives that they consideredHowever AFTERWARDS Dulce added further people bringing the total of travelers to We had limited options for such an
amount of people,we offered two choices, which they considered yet they decided on other unitsThey never paid any security deposit, only a small reservation Fee per person, which is not refundable according to our signed agreementI have sent several messages explaining it to the customers.
