I bought a Octane elliptical from Fitness Superstore, and it was a great experience I also bought the warranty and ended up having issues and they immediately sent someone out to get the machine repaired and always followed up by email to make sure everything was working well again, and even got an email from the owner So, bottom line, the Fitness Superstore was great to work with and I will definitely by from them again!

Over promise and under deliver. Poor workmanship & communication. I spent a lot of money with them to get what I was told would be an extremely nice looking pool, deck, fence, etc. Less than 2 weeks after concrete was poured it cracked. Their answer was to just patch it. The patch was a different color and humped up, huge eyesore now. The concrete coping along the edge of the pool started cracking and chipping about 2 weeks after it was done. It constantly chips off and falls into the pool. They have tried to "patch" it 4 times and it's still coming off. This looks horrible. All they can offer is excuses about it, no solution. I had to get my own contractor to do some of the work because theirs fell through twice. Communication is very poor from them, especially after I started having the issues mentioned above. They were basically avoiding me. Also had to call in my own final inspection because they would never do it. Regretting my decision to use them every time I look at the pool. Look elsewhere.
