At this time, I have been contacted directly by Autotastic regarding complaint ID 11749175, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The owner contacted me on October 12, and said he would talk to the staff and get back with me to bring my car in so he could take a look at it
I have called, left a voice message and sent a text message but no reply or follfrom himDuring our conversation he stated that the damage could have already been on my car and just because I'm looking more closely at it I just noticed itI told him my car is a new car that I just purchased mid August and drove of with miles and there was no damage to my carSo as of now, he has not called back to follow up as he said he would do and has not responded to any of my messages.
