Review: I purchased 9 trophies from Awardsforanything.com for a fundraiser. One of the trophies arrived damaged. I contacted Lashalle, she emailed a claims form. I emailed it back to her along with pictures and she sent out a replacement part instead of a new trophy. Therefore, when the part arrived, I had to go to the hardware store to purchase the necessary tools to take apart the trophy and reassemble using the defected part. I didn't have time to complete another claim form as it wouldn't arrive in time for the event. So the first place trophy had a defect. Along with the damaged and defected plastic, the mylar stickers from 7 of the 9 trophies, fell off between the time the trophies arrived on Monday and our even on Saturday. Once again, I had to make a trip to the store to purchase super glue to repair the trophies myself. When I contacted Lashalle, she stated that she would have a manager return my call. Fourteen days later, when I had not heard from anyone, I called and spoke with Crystal who was very rude, told me it was my fault the stickers fell off since they had been in my possession for five days. She also told me that they would more than likely not refund any of my money since it had been more than 15 days since I had placed the order. (They are the ones who didn't contact me or reply to my emails for over two weeks.) Crystal stated that she would have to speak to the accounting department to find out if they would do anything and that I would hear back from her by close of business today. It is now past close of business and I have not heard from anyone from the company by phone or by email. Their customer service is not acceptable. Their products are defected. They do not take responsibility for their defected products.

Order numbers: [redacted] and [redacted]Desired Settlement: Due to the fact I had to make repairs to a total of 8 out of 9 trophies. As well as, present a defected trophy to a First Place Winner and give trophies to people who may have the stickers come off once again while sitting on their own selves at home, I would request a full refund of both orders at the total purchase price of $152.84

Review: I placed an order for a trophy as a mother's day gift on May 5th. I was given problems with the website and the customer service. Promises on keeping me updates were false as well as verifying and confirming my message on the trophy. They got the message wrong after I was specific and had them read it back to me. I had to keep calling them for updates which was frustrating when they were suppose to be following up with me. This was a bad experience and I will never order from them again .Desired Settlement: I will never be ordering from them again so there isn't anything they can do
