of school& several sports) we were extremely busy but would do the best we could to get it done ASAP.[redacted] has been a customer for a long time and is used to coming in and having us put her work in frontof other people so she could have something right away. Don't get me wrong. We do appreciate all thework we do for anyone. In her case, we have never charged a setup fee for any of her logos she comesup with. Also, in doing her letterman jacket, we did not charge for inserts that we added or to sew themon because she was a friend.The t-shirt in question was quite a difficult logo and took my digitizer several hours to setup. I felt thatshe should pay for that time if she is not coming back here. We even offered to bring the shirt wherevershe was the morning that she needed it.I am very disappointed in her.
