Review: This business has been atrocious! I have used them as my receiving address while I have been away on business for a few tears now. Recently, they changed ownership and the quality of the service has declined sharply ultimately resulting in this awful situation.

On more than one occasion I have received rude service, but then the quality of the actual shipping and receiving fell and that I cannot have.

On TWO occasions, when picking up a massive shipment of boxes. I was given someone else's items. I am an honest individual and returned them promptly to the store saying that those were not mine.

Needless to say, a receiving place that gives away the wrong packages is BAD NEWS.

I had a very important and expensive package shipped to me from Los Angeles. I have the tracking info and all pertinent paperwork.

The package was received on the [redacted] of December, 2015 at 2:12 pm.

Signed for by [redacted].

Now, upon my return home (I was in South Africa for work), I was told there was no package. Both myself and my building super checked that we did nt have the posessions in my home and we contacted the store several times.

Only to be told there was no package. We gave her ([redacted]) the tracking number which she said was invalid. And she rudely insisted that there was no package. I checked the tracking number immediately on my own computer and it came up with no issue whatsoever.

After coming by the store and being treated rudely, I called after checking the tracking number at home and when I called the store again, I was met with a VILE degree of rudeness and unprofesssionalism by [redacted] as I have been in the past.

She would not check for the boxes as she was "too busy" and spoke to me in a way no customer service person ever has.

I reminded her of the time that I received the wrong packages and she brushed that aside. I said that perhaps they had been given to someone else. Her response, "Well, I dont know what to tell you if that happened,"

This place receives FEDERAL US POST. THEY ARE A SANCTIONED SHIPPING FACILITY. HOW CAN THEY OPERATE LIKE THIS????

SOMETHING MUST BE DONE AND I WANT MY POSESSIONS OR I WANT THEIR EQUAL VALUE IN MONEY, AND [redacted] DES MUST BE DISCIPLINED OR FIRED.Desired Settlement: - Delivery of my goods OR refund of total value

- A credit to my account for the profound inconvenience I have suffered

- An apology from the management and/or [redacted] Des for the horrible handling of this situation and the way I was treated

Review: Hello,

I have emailed AWAY WE GO POSTAL numerous times and the email never goes through and bounces back. Surprise! more Negligence just like this mismanaged business. The customer service is awful and non existent.

I have been a long time customer at the [redacted] location (due to minimal options in the area). I am a celebrity wardrobe stylist and get tons of packages delivered to that location. In September I moved to Los Angeles. (I rent a box there for the year which was up last month) About 3 envelope size packages were delivered by mistake to the [redacted] address, while I was living LA. I have been calling for MONTHS to make arrangements and every time I call I am told to call [redacted] to speak with a [redacted]. The number there is always busy, I have left messages with [redacted] and [redacted] location and no return. Finally I call again last week (the [redacted] location) I was told my box expired last month (never got 1 email about renewal or voice mail) I was told my packages were returned to sender. I contacted all 3 senders they've got nothing. I finally reached [redacted] ("[redacted]") at the [redacted] location and was told she was going to get to the bottom of this last week and she would call me back. Still no resolve or call. I have so many examples of POOR customer service and terrible over all service. At this point the only conclusion I can draw is that my mail was stolen, thats a federal offense. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a letter from the Revdex.com to go out this business to let it be known that Away we go postal is being watched and well as a refund for all of my packages which I have all 3 receipts on file.

Thank you

Review: My roommate and I purchased a service to receive packages at Away We Go Postal. They issued us box #[redacted] and then we could have our packages arrive and held there. You receive an email notifying that a package has arrived in your name, you walk in, pay them $1 and sign a receipt saying that you received the package. This worked well for a few months and my roommate and I both received numerous packages. On 1/*/15, two separate orders from [redacted] arrived for me. We got an email from Away We Go and I saw on tracking info that two boxes had arrived. I went to pick them up Monday 1/*/15. I was told by a male employee that the packages were not there. I returned the next day and was told they weren't there by a female. She told me that my roommate must have picked them up for me. I told her this was not true, that he was in Puerto Rico. I showed the woman the tracking and the email and she said she would look into it. I visited twice more, eventually the woman found the signed receipts for the two missing boxes. They had a signature that was not mine nor my roommate's. She located a stack of past signed receipts for our box #618. Some had my signature, some had my roommate's and these two missing boxes had a third, unintelligible signature. She told me that they must have accidentally given them to another boxholder. She said she would wait until that person realized and returned the boxes. I waited. I went to talk to the [redacted] who worked at a different location of Away We Go at [redacted]. in Brooklyn who told me they would refund my money for the two boxes if I could prove what was inside. I provided via email the two itemized receipts for the contents, totalling $302. I called her around 1/** and she told me they were working on a refund. She never called. I called twice over the next two weeks and the woman who picked up said [redacted] was not there. I called the police who visited [redacted] with me. They now refuse to speak to me because I involved the police.Desired Settlement: I would like $302. for the contents of the two missing boxes. I have receipts and tracking info for the missing boxes. It clearly states when they were delivered 1/*/15.I would also like to receive a refund of $50. which we paid Away We Go Postal in September 2014 for the service to receive packages for one year. We have set up a similar service for receiving packages at a different company so I would like to be refunded by Away We Go since they are not a viable company. The total is $352.

Review: I went to away we go postal and ship and item during in 2013 now we are in 2014 and I am still waiting during the process of shipping my item was damage and AWAY WE GO POSTAL is giving me a hard time with return or reimbursement on my item. this item cost me $675+tax and I would like to be compensatedDesired Settlement: I would like to have my product but if I cannot get it I would like a refund for it since it is their responsibility

Review: Away we go postal was hired by [redacted] to make a delivery to my client in February. They damaged a wall in my client home & the dresser they delivered was also damaged. Prior to the delivery a certificate of insurance was issued & approved by the building management to allow Away we go postal to enter the building. I have images of the damages & emailed them to the company. I was completely ignored after several attempts to get any response in resolving the issue. I then reached out to [redacted] from [redacted] to help me get through to away we go postal. I sent [redacted] quotes for the repairs of the dresser & the wall. They got as far as agreeing to file a claim for the damages, but not sure if this really happened since nothing has come of it.Desired Settlement: Since there was insurance for the movers to enter the building, it should not be an issue for Away we go postal to compensate my client for the damages to the wall & the dresser that was delivered, so they can simply repair the damages.
