Review: [redacted] was hired as a sub contractor to perform electrical work for a client of mine. He completed 80% of the work without any issue. The client wanted under cabinet lighting in their kitchen. I paid Mr. [redacted] in full for the total bill he sent me. The lights would be ready for install within 2 weeks. We are now going on 3 months without the work performed. My client cancelled the light installation and requests a refund. Mr. [redacted] has been non-compliant with refunding the money owed to myself and client. I have refunded out of pocket my client the cost of labor and materials that Mr. [redacted] billed for. After months of attempting to resolve the issue with legal support, Mr. [redacted] has failed to comply. He has ignored emails, phone calls, and all corresponding letters from my attorney. I have all documents from invoice, emails, and deposited check in correspondence to the issue. In result of his negligence, I have lost a perspective client. Mr. [redacted] has cost me not only financially, but could have jeopardized my company's reputation.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve this issue and move forward. The amount he owes is $ 1,150.00.

AND REFUNDS FOR MANY CONTRACTORS. SINCE LATE OCTOBER 2013, FIXTURES AND REFUNDS ARE COMING IN AND BEING DISBURSED. THEY ANTICIPATE MY REFUND TO BE
HERE BY THANKSGIVING. THIS IS PART OF DOING BUSINESS, BUT MR. [redacted] HAS DEMONSTRATED, ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE IN PROJECTS

PLEASE NOTE THAT MR. [redacted], THE CUSTOMER, DID CONTACT ME ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND WAS IN A UNIQUE POSITION, BECAUSE HIS WIFE WORKS WITH [redacted]'S FIANCE.
HE CANCELLED THE LIGHTS, NOT DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE AT THE TIME, BUT THAT [redacted] CHARGED HIM $3000.00 OVER HIS CONTRACT PRICE. WHY, BECAUSE WHEN [redacted]
MEASURED FOR THE PRE BUILT DRESSERS; AND WAS ASKED BY THE HOMEOWNER TO CONFIRM MEASUREMENTS, SO THAT HE COULD EASILY TRANSPORT THE UNITS UP THE STAIRS,
WELL THEY DID NOT FIT. IT SEEMS THAT [redacted] IS NOT EXPERIENCED IN THE CUBIC FOOT MEASUREMENT. NOW THEY DIDN'T FIT; HE NEEDED TO GET A FORK LIFT TO GO THROUGH
THE WINDOWS, AND HE CHARGED MR. [redacted]. THE MAN WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND TRIED TO RESOLVE ON A FEW OCCASIONS. HE EVEN TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SHARE
THE ADDED EXPENSE TO KEEP THE PEACE. BUT [redacted] REFUSED. THEN [redacted] WOULD NOT RETURN THE $1150.00 PASSING IT ON TO ME. VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS STANDARDS.
ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE LABOR DAY, [redacted] CALLED IN THE MORNING AND CANCELLED THE LIGHTS. FINE. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER HE WANTED TO MEET ME FOR A REFUND CHECK. I THOUGHT
THIS WAS ODD. I FIRST NEED TO BRING IN THE INVOICES AND THEY PROCESS THE PAPERWORK AT HQ, AND THEN ISSUE A REFUND CHECK. I INFORMED [redacted] TO GIVE ME A FEW DAYS.
ON SATURDAY, IN THE MORNING, HE WANTED TO MEET AGAIN. WE ARE VERY BUSY; WE SERVICE MORE THAN 300 CUSTOMERS A YEAR. THERE IS ONLY MY SON AND MYSELF. AND WE GIVE IT
OUR ALL 6 DAYS A WEEK. I DO THE OFFICE WORK, AND I NEEDED A FEW DAYS ESPECIALLY WITH LABOR DAY COMING AND WORK DEADLINES THAT WEEK.
I COULD HAVE EASILY GIVEN YOU THE CHECK THE NEXT WEEK [redacted] AND WAITED MYSELF. BUT YOUR BEHAVIOR, SELFISHNESS THAT YOU WANTED ME TO DROP WHAT I WAS DOING TO
SERVICE YOU. IT WAS AT THIS TIME I DECIDED THAT WHEN I HAVE THE MONEY IN MY HAND YOU WOULD GET YOUR MONEY. YOUR OBSESSION TO HAVE MONEY IN YOUR HAND RIGHT THEN
