*** ***This "business" flagrantly disregards the requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of (TCPA, codified as U.S.C227)It is not just my telephone number that is at issue; it is all the others they make unwanted telephone solicitations toIf they were legitimate, they would provide detailed steps and procedures as to how they would implement the requirements of the TCPA and scrub ALL numbers from the Do Not Call list from their calling systemAnd they would provide proof

We go TO the Great Lengths to ensure our calling list are free of any do not call numbers if we did indeed call the complainant we are sincerely apologetic and will remove his number immediately

Please provide us with your exact telephone number and we will remove it from our database immeadetly

Based on our invoicing, this customer need payed for the gutters to be cleanedWe only did the window cleaning for them
They paid $which is a typical window washing price...gutters on a story home would be another 80-dollars..so
their is no possible way we did the gutters, but we also didn't charge him either...we woukd be happy to send a technician back again, if they wanted to pay for the gutter cleaning
