Review: I have a chipped ecu that I needed to have work done on. Awe is a dealer of this product that I have on my ecu. I paid for them to do a reflash of a tune in it. I shipped it to them for this work and got it back in a non working order. They have essentially told me that they wouldn't do anything but try again and in the tuners words "hope for the best" and that's all they can do. And I would have to cover the cost of shipping again which I see as wrong because I already paid for the cost once only to receive a faulty product that was working before they worked on it.Desired Settlement: I would like for a refund for incomplete services or to have my ecu appropriately fixed and tested before sending back. And if awe decides to fix the problem they will cover the cost of shipping as well.
