Looks like a mistake was made with the billing processThe customer has already disputed the charge with the credit card companyWe will not contest the dispute and let the payment be returned to the student
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Steve Sohn's Jujitsu Concepts regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The refund has and apparently will not be processedI gave notice of needing contract hold one FULL week before I was billed
and still the money was pulled from the accountThis was the reason for any issue, this is what needs to be fixed
