Broke the lug nut key(brand new key) made us pay for the alignment of the car didn't tell us they broke the key until after we paidThen when we asked for a refund the owner of the store said that the broken key wasn't their problem and then he showed us a sign that said they weren't responsible for anything broken under their careHe also claimed that they didn't force the key but before that they claimed that they had to hit it with a hammer, after that he still denied saying thatHe was really arrogant and with a horrible attitude it just drove me over the edge, I instantly got frustrated used a few profanity words because he kept telling me it wasn't his problemThat's not proper customer serviceI would never go there again or recommend anybody to go thereHorrible experience
