The Critter Gitters are the best. Jessie is by far more knowledgeable than any other pest people we discussed our issue with. She has more National Wildlife Control Operators Association Certifications than any man in the State. We are very pleased with professional approach to solving our pest issue.

We heard chipmunks skittering, rolling acorns on the ceiling of our family room ACG came out, did an inspection and charged us $which we paid on March 21, because they said it was urgent we get these out Five days later, we called Jim, the owner, to ask why they hadn't been out yet That evening, he came out and put traps outside our house One was fastened to the front of the house, the other two laid on the ground Nothing was ever caught in them Jim told my husband they would also put traps INSIDE the house When I asked Jim about this, he said they would NEVER do that Three days later, they came out and put steel traps in our crawl space, furnace room and bathroom downstairs Nothing was ever caught in them either They came out every few days to check the traps Today, April 8, they came out and said we were at an impasse and wanted to be paid We explained we are still hearing them and they have not finished the job He said they would have to cut into the ceiling next to get them out Then we would have to pay to have that repaired and painted We explained you haven't done what you guaranteed, we still hear them and we are not paying you the $ After much discussion, Jim said if we would pay for the work of exclusion they did outside, they would settle on that We paid them $but still have the critters DO NOT HIRE them - they are not reputable or trustworthy!!!

Awesome critter gitters were extraordinary they came to my house the following day and inspected my home, they were very quick, respectful and neatThey gave me an estimate of how much it world cost to repair the damages the animals caused in my home, and surprisingly it was not pricey at allThe work they did was very professional and extordanaryI would definitely recommend this business to anyone that wants professional work doneThese guys are the BEST at what they do! I have had two Saturday appointments for Awesome Critter Gitters to come to my home for an inspection. No one called or showed up for the first appointment and I was told that my appointment, written on a sticky note, got attached to another person's inspection and I was missed. At that time I made another appointment for the following Saturday for an inspection. I got a confirmation phone call message and reconfirmed my appointment with via text. Again, I spent Saturday waiting for them to show up for the inspection and again, no phone call, no one showed. Today, while at work, I get a call from the inspector telling me he is in the area and will come by and do the inspection. NO THANKS! I don't feel this business is run very professionally and will find someone else to help me with my problem.

I had an extreme mouse problem in my home and I called a couple different companies to come and access my problem, These companies either wanted to put me on a yearly contract ( with no guarantee I might add) or were just going to do some basic mouse trapping which I could do myself for free. So I called Awesome Critter Gitters and I found them to be highly professional and very good at what they do. They handled the mice that were already in the house and then added barriers to the outside of my home to keep them from coming into my home and it has worked wonderfully. I no longer have to live with mice and I dont have to have a yearly contract . I have no seen not 1 mouse since they have been here, Yes they were a little more expensive BUT I have no mice in my home anymore and the problem was handled immediately and I also have a GUARANTEE. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of animal removal
