Awesome Design Contracting

First off let me say that I never right reviewsThe reason I have decided to write a review has to do with the amazing experience my wife and I had with Awesome DesignOne night I went down to the basement only to find inches of water covering our floors and basementI had used Jason with Awesome design in the past and had a very good experience so I immediately called himHe made an emergent call in the middle of the night and found that our sump pump had failed and he replaced it on the spotHe also found that the ejector pit switch had burned out from overuse and was able to repair it on the spotMy insurance company wanted to send serve pro out to the house but I decided to go with Awesome Design to handle the loss mitigation and they did an amazing job cleaning up the mess and prepping the basement very efficiently for future repairsJason was their through the whole process and helped me deal with my insurance company to ensure that the correct repairs were approved even though they tried to under pay me numerous times
When it came time to start the repairs and remolding I worked with Jason and his designer Jenny and we came up with an outstanding planThey started and finished the work as promisedHis construction team was professional, clean and extremely quite, almost as if they were not hereEach evening they left house clean and clutter freeAny hiccups or bumps that occurred were instantly dealt with and fixedJason kept his promise to the teeHe was always reachable and returned any calls and answered all questions and concerns I hadHe always had great solutions and was accountable 100% of the timeIn the end the job came out perfect and we are fully satisfiedIf you want the cheapest price do not Call JasonIf you want outstanding work, accountability, deliver-ability and an insured, honest company then call Awesome DesignHe Also replaced my heating and cooling system and did a phenomenal jobHe is always accountable and honestHe delivers exactly what he promises and more!!
