I submitted a quote request online for a handyman to swap out a couple of Thermostats in my house with two new Nest Thermostats Lucien from Awesome Home Repair followed up with the next day and asked me about what I was needing and informed me, that he would not be able to install them immediately that week, but could schedule me for Friday at the end of the week...which I informed him would be perfect We set up a time for 3:pm, which would give me plenty of time to leave work early to make sure I would be home He quoted me a price of $for both thermostats 3:30pm came and went...and then 4pm and still no Lucien I called the number listed on Lucien's website and left a message I finally received a return call from Lucien around 5:20pm He informed me he was still with a customer who kept adding things for him to do He then informed me, that he could perform the work Saturday sometime around 2pm I told him to call me when he was getting close to finishing because I was having some work done on my car and wanted to make sure I was done and could be home I received a text from Lucien at 1:pm saying he was booked, didn't know if he could install a Nest thermostat, and to find another company I found this to be extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time
