I hired a company to paint my house and that company got me in touch with a pressure washer that had to do the house before they painted. So when that was done I hired him to pressure wash my pool patio. And I hired him to do some pavers in the front of my house and repave part of my driveway so the water would drain down my driveway instead of puddling up by the front of the house so it would not root out my wood on the house again. He started the driveway before he was finished on the pavers said he had to wait for them to settle before he sealed them. When he was breaking up the cement on the driveway the guy he hired to work with him broke the water line in the front of the house and he said don't worry about it he would fix it and I trusted him. When he was done with the driveway for the day. He said he would be back to finish it and the pavers and the pressure washing. The next day we looked at the driveway and there was sharp hard rough texture to the driveway and the hole where the pipe was broke was not filled in with cement. So I asked him in a phone call if it was suppose to look like that and he said yes. Well he got mad on the phone and told me if I keep bugging him he would not come back at all and I could get someone else and I told him I didn't want someone else I wanted him to be the man he said he was. So he sent someone to look at the driveway and that young man told us it was the worst job he has ever seen so when Jeff got here to meet this man and find out how to fix it he hired him to finish the job. We asked him if he was going to leave the pipe like that and he said yes that he washed his hands of the problem with the water leak and left it open so if anything else goes wrong someone can get in there and fix it. Well we had a leak all along even after he fixed it and he told the other guy that he knew about the leak but didn't want to tell me. To make a long story short he took advantage of a elderly person that was ill at the time. And I have no more room to type.

Billing Adjustment Refund of money that i payed him and the money i had to pay to get everything fixed the way it was suppose to be. And the money i had to pay the plummer to fix the leak.
Hey Mrs ***, just got a copy of this complaint as we have already settled this issue. Even further more you never even paid the full balance in the first place and quite frankly after changing your mind multiple times and even at times yelling at us about problems to your house which existed to your house before we arrived done by another company which we fixed at our cost. Your mind also changed multiple times on whether concrete or pavers and we still accommodated to make you happy.....further more you had issues with elevation In your driveway that carried water into your foundation and walls to the point as where it needs heavy repair. The job you hired us for to properly Grade your driveway and redirect water flow to flow alway from the dwelling was done on a precise level. Not one single person can argue that the grade is now correct on your driveway and that your paver patio does not look amazing. Now to answer back to the water leak issue was repaired by your previous handy man not us. We did correct what we could but again we're not plumbers and we're not hold ourselves liable for other people's repairs. We even pointed it to your attention and did not even pour concrete into this area where you had the water line installed for you garden hose. Yes we did have another employee finish job mainly detail and cleanup but also you did not mention that you hired the employee behind my back and also how could you pull the elderly card when all in all your very sharp and very clever. Besides I mainly dealt with your daughter and significant other. AT the end of the day Remember you never payed the finished payment amount and I was still enough of a good person to send a crew back to finish and our job was done to where it corrected your issue.
