I started with this company in February,2019 The company states that you shouldn't need the service more than 6 months I feel like I have been scammed out of my money bacause they have failed to do multiple things that they stated. Ive reached out to management and they just tell you anything to get you off of the phone the problems never gets fixed.
I was made aware of your issues with our company this morning. I understand that you are not satisfied with our service. The time frame for repair can vary greatly depending on a number of factors however, due to your dissatisfaction we will refund you all of the money you have paid for our services in the amount of $1,242.00. We wish you the best is your credit endeavors moving forward.

This is the best company I've ever worked with hands down.
Was told and stated on website by credit repair manager, if I do not want to continue the service I have till 90 day to cancel with full refund, started the service 02/28/19 cancell the service 04/01/19 was giving the "hold while I speak to my manager" for about 4weeks with no real response or return. Still no refund
The screen shoot shown from my files from awsome life group is the confrontation that the services that was agreed upon on was no longer to be processed,after this date, payment was collected and all accounts were paid in full, I then proceed to wait 30 days like stated in the refund policy for the review,and refund. After the 30 day I made several attempts to contact and be reimbursed, after the 30 days time I began to process my own credit deletions, in which I have all paper work to support my claim of when my personal credit begin to repair.
