Hello, No problem at allWe understand that this not so awesome delay has been longer than expectedYour pack has actually already shipped, but if you'd like I can cancel the shipping label and the pack should get sent back straight to usIf not I will send you a prepaid label and you can just ship it back to usThis way we will be able to refund and cancel the January Pack as requestedPlease note that it may take to business days to view the refund on your account Again, we do apologize for the longer than expected delay, we assure you that we are doing our best to make sure that this doesn't happen again Thanks for being so Awesome!

I am rejecting this response because:I ordered a two month subscription box (one box for December and one box for January 2018)My order was confirmed by the company (I have the confirmation e-mails from the company as proof) and I was told that the orders would be shipped within the last two weeks of the monthThe December box was paid for an arrived by the end of DecemberThe January box was paid for but did not arrive in JanuaryNo e-mails about a shipping delay were sent to me by the companyI e-mailed the company on January 26th to inquire about the shipping date because no information had been sent to me about the package for JanuaryThere was no reply from the companyI sent another e-mail on February 5th with the same inquiry about the January box and notifying them that it was never receivedThere was no reply from the companyI sent two more e-mails in February and did not receive any repliesI then contacted the Revdex.com and and only after another two weeks passed did I finally hear from the company. Bottom line: I ordered a box for January and did not receive it by the promised and agreed upon deadline (the end of the month of January) therefore I request a full refund. The company is now saying that it has sent a February box, which I did not ask for nor was I notified prior to them sending it, and the company is requesting that I pay for itI will not bear the responsibility for the mistake the company has made and I will not pay for a product or service that I did not ask for. I would also like to note that the January box was supposed to be a gift for A CHILD, so not only did they scam an adult out of money, but the denied a child of a gift.

Revdex.com:Please note that I never received the message that the company posted to *** - there is no indication of a timestamp showing that it was readAnd looking at my *** messages it does not show up in my account anywhereIt appears the business has photoshopped the replyAlso why did they not reply to one of the four e-mails that I sent them?Also, the January package was FOUR weeks late, not two as they statedAnd it was only after I notified the Revdex.com that anyone from the business replied to any of my questions. At this point I just want nothing to do with them and their lies and fraudulent behaviorLike I said before, this was meant as a gift for my niece (a child) and I'm not going to ask her to return the package after it is delivered.Forget the refund, I just never want to company to reach out to me every againAnd I want them to delete my account information (credit cards, address, etc.)I'm definitely never using them again
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Hey there, As stated in the comment before, we ARE offering you a full refund for the January Pack that was already shipped as expectedAll we are asking is that since it has already shipped that you send it back to us and we will send you a prepaid labelOr to not accept the delivery. We have actually done everything you have asked for and am not sure what you are rejecting. I believe that there might be a miscommunication as you were NOT charged or shipped the February Pack, as you were only set to receive packsYou were only charged and shipped packs. You received the December Pack and then we shipped you the January Pack. The January Pack is the pack that has shipped and you have requested a refund for, we are just asking that you return the pack to us using a prepaid label or refuse the package. Yes there was a two week shipping delay, which we did notify you of on February 7th. You can also see the status of your pack at anytime using you Awesometown online account. We are NOT asking you to pay for months that you do not want or did not receiveWe did not charge you for more than what you have asked for. I hope that is clearerWe do apologize for this delay
