Awesome Pest Control

In response to my former client ***, , because I was owed and promised to be
paid for my services in which I wasn't I turned his account into collectionsThe last service I performed I was told that his property had antsHe never contacted me to be aware of his concern, only when I drove by his house did his wife mention their concernShe apologized about not paying and said that they couldn't pay me because they purchased a carIn otherwords, my business isn't that important to pay meShe said she promised to pay me by the 15th of June, in which they never paidI then turned it into collectionsShe signed a service slip to verify my claim

I am rejecting this response because: first of all, my wife purchasing a new car has nothing to do with the poor service we were provided I have asked numerous times with this so called pest control company to get rid of ants and he could not do his job right I have purchased my own insect spray from Home Depot and it works better than what "Awsome pest control" was claiming to haveI really feel that his chemicals are 99.5% water and .5% chemicalI guess when you need something done right, you do it yourselfNever again will I ever use this company nor will I refer anyone to him!!!!

In response to complaint number [redacted] concerning a complaint against my firm I would like to respond.
     Pest Control service controls pests, not eliminate. The client signed up for an ongoing service that would of covered his ant problem in his yard and his home but the client didn't contact me, I happened to go by his residence to perform the service that was due(that month). The client was behind in payments he owed me and stated that he'd pay me, in which he failed. I gave him adequate time to pay and he failed to do so so I turned his account into collections. I do not service an account that is behind in payments. The client claims to have an ant problem but fails to pay his account. The client signed a service slip verifying my side of the story.

I am rejecting this response because: we can go back and forth on he said she said, but in the meantime nothing will ever get resolved. I hope that people realize that this company is a joke and also that his chemicals does not work. He claims that he controls pest, but not eliminate them, but can't even control my ant problem. Like I said, his chemicals does not work cause when you treat my problem one day then the ants pop up the next day, that's a very weak product he uses. I'm not bitter about him turning me into collections cause that's just the nature of business, but I just hoped we would have resolved the problem I had.

Review: Awsome pest control has promised a service and have not delivered. I have ants inside and outside my home, in the tub and shower, and in the garage. I have told this person that I'm still having these problems but he kept saying he provides good service. Good service is one thing but eliminating the problem is another. Now a good service to me would happen when your at a restaurant being waited on, not when your trying to eliminate an ant problem.Desired Settlement: I am asking for this company to stand aside and send someone else out to do the job right.
