Awful Arthur's Seafood

Review: My wife and I went to enjoy some seafood Saturday 6/21/14 at about 4:30 in the afternoon prior to going to a movie. When we were set down, the table and the surrounding floor area had food parcels all over. Sitting to wait for service for about 10 minutes, 2 other tables had been set down. My wife and I watching this to see both tables had immediate service with drinks brought to them right away. I flagged one of the waitress's over to ask for service. She did reply she would get our waitress. A few minutes later we were approached by a short Blonde w/ a bit of a heavy build. Asking us what we would like, I replied my wife would like Ice Water and I would like a Coke. She then returned with 2 Ice Waters; I stated I had ordered a Coke.Her response to this was "what do want to order" in a very rude, short way.At this time I commented on the table and floor needing some attention with a total disregard from her. We ordered a pound of steam shrimp without even a smile or thank you. When bringing our food long after the other tables set had received there's, the platter of shrimp and a bowl for shells were rudely placed on the table. I asked for 2 plates and received a look of discust from our waitress. I then commented I won't eat off the dirty table and want two plates. She then tells me how she won't be dis-respected and walked away. About 90 seconds later she returned to our table with a to go carton and a bill stating that she wants us to leave her restaurant. I asked for the manager, with her reply "I am the manager". I asked her name, she then stated, you don't need it. I truly feel the health department should look at the failure of cleaning for proper food service codes. I infact will be contacting them as well. At this time my wife and I got up and left the food and bill setting on the table to leave to notice our waitress diplaying a finger of choice as we were walking out the door.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the owner of this restaurant to discuss the actions of their employee. I would like to be able to enjoy the restaurant as my wife and I have many times in the past. Most definitely, I expect consequences for such a display of service.
