Review: I used the company Awilda Shipping to send a box to the Dominican Republic, The box had clothes both new and used as well as shoes also new and used ones. When my family members received the box in the Dominican Republic a lot of the clothes was missing, specially the new ones. About a dozen T-shirts and 5 brand new Jeans for men, also some baby clothes and 2 pairs of men shoes. The approximated cost of the stolen clothes and the shoes is $430 dollars, money that I wish to get back because I just found out in the internet that this is not the first time they do this to the customers and it is not fair that they keep on doing this to hard working people, I wish I would've known before and I wouldn't had never used this company. The person that picked up the box said that since I was a new customer they were going to give me a discount which he did but now I know why, I ended up losing a lot, maybe that is how they trick people.Desired Settlement: I want the company to pay for the stolen merchandise during a shipping made to the Dominican Republic.

In response to complaint number [redacted], the customer is claiming that her box was shipped with new/used clothes. But on the invoice number [redacted] she has only declared a box containing a variety of items, which doesn’t indicate or specify what items were shipped in the box. She didn’t claim any new/used items. Under terms and conditions on the back of the invoice she will find that term #2 clearly states that we are not responsible for goods not declared and term #5 clearly states that customers that receive the load should check their merchandise and claim it at the moment the employee is making the delivery, after delivery we do not accept complaints. All merchandise must be declared and specified at the time of shipment.
