AWM Alliance Real Estate Group Ltd

As an owner of a strata, I am completely dissatisfied with AWM . They do not respond to serious maintenance concerns nor follow through. Their initial presentation upon being hired by us was very positive, but once hired, they do not walk their talk. How is it that they get away with leaving owners dangling and yet still charge maintenance payments? For what? I have a huge hole cut in my livingroom ceiling filled with mould for over 4 weeks and have since been left out in the cold. Very poor business practices! This is a serious health concern!!!!
