Andy was honest, fair and competent. I really can't ask for more. While some others told me I had to do a toatal tear-off or wanted twice as much money for a repair, Andy pointed out the roof damage was limited to the area where the bad skylights were and that needed addressed. He did so along with some flashing repair and rain gutters. Did great work quickly and cleaned up. I will use him again.
