Review: To whom it may concern.In the beginning of September I called Emmanuel awning Services to have a new aluminum awning installed. On September ** 2014 a man called [redacted] came to my house took measurements and wrote a contract for a new awning. Three weeks later a awning was installed and he was paid in full. Awning leaks water when it rains he came back two times and the awning is still leaking water when it rains. Upon me going on a ladder and looking what he did he put sheet metal screws without gaskets on top of the awning that is why it's leaking. I have called many times he disconnected business number ###-###-#### and I left [redacted] many messages on his cell phone ###-###-#### but will not call me backDesired Settlement: Need a Awning that is installed properly without any water leaks
