I received a final notice letter by mail dated Tuesday, May 5, but never received prior noticeThe complaint is about a raised sidewalk near building due to tree rootsI have a contractor set to be here today to complete the repairs which will involve removing the raised section of the current sidewalk to level out the ground below and putting down new concreteThe sidewalk will be closed for a few days while the work is completedPlease let me know if there is anything else I need to do to resolve this issue [redacted]
