[redacted] has been communicating with Mr [redacted] Unfortunately we were very busy but this repair was completed and [redacted] received a letter of apology last week. This customer is satisfied
Review: [redacted] is a contractor [ Costal Sunrooms 2004 now Costal Awnings] who installed a four season for me, He works for himself but represent a company call [redacted] who provides the product. I have two windows that the seals broke, not the glass pane. When the seal breaks mositure gets between the pane and this water moisture now has grown into mold between the panes. I having been calling [redacted] and [redacted] to honor their 10 year window warranty SINCE LAST YEAR. I have been documented my phone calls this year to resolve the window seal issue, [dates are 2-7-13, 3-4-13, I was told the windows were ordered. I called again today 7-29-13. [redacted] finished the four season room and was paid full 11-30-2004. I would like him and [redacted] to honor this overdue request and obligation. Coastal Sunrooms & Porch Enclosures guarantees our workmanship for one full year from installation date. [redacted] guarantees there products however that may or may not include the cost of shipping. My last communication with [redacted] was by email, on that email I informed [redacted] shipping fee & the cost for our installation. [redacted] never responded back to me so I assumed the issue was dropped. If [redacted] would like us to replace his failed windows he would need to pay [redacted] to ship his windows as well as pay our installers to replace them.
