I have had dive equipment insurance with AWRY under the DEPP program for several years. Last year in October I had an insured dive computer flood. I sent an email to AWRY and received a request for more information. I responded within 24 hours and after that no response from DEPP. I tried several times after that to contact them all with no response. In December I got an email about automatic renewal I emailed them telling them I would not renew as they had not responded to a loss under their program. [redacted] from the DEPP program asked for the loss info again I sent it to her yet again this was the sixth time and again no response. I have sent several emails asking for status all have gone unanswered.
