I paid to get my car repaired and it was not repaired correctly and there are also missing parts to my car that I now have to pay forI took my car there and asked them can they find where my antifreeze was leaking from the mechanic [redacted] was assigned to my car he took the cover from underneath my car off in order to see where the leak was coming from when I returned to check on my car I was told that the leak is coming from two different hoses. I asked them can they put the cover back on underneath my car [redacted] told me to wait until the leak has been fixed I said ok I would like to keep the cover in my trunk so he returned my cover to my trunk and I noticed there were no screws I asked where are the screws at he did not know where they were some random guy that is not even a certified mechanic found two of my screws that belonged to my cover I asked where are the rest of my screws and I was told they will find them. I never received my screws now I have to call the audi dealership to pay for some screws that were lost do to this mechanic. That is the first incident, the next thing that happened is that [redacted] ordered the parts it was two hoses and a bottle of antifreeze specifically made for audi I paid the money that had to be paid in order to get my car repaired he fixed the hoses he thought was causing my antifreeze to leak out so after 3 days of driving I decided to check underneath my car and yes antifreeze was still leaking so I returned my car to the shop and I told them I just paid all this money to get my antifreeze leak fixed and it is still leaking the owner says to me ok don't worry your car is under warranty we will find the problem and fix it you don't have to spend no more money I said ok he then asked me when can I leave the car here so they can resolve this matter. I left my car there over the weekend for them to find the problem [redacted] sent me a picture of this hose that was badly damaged and said this is where the antifreeze is leaking from. I returned to the shop on Monday to speak with the owner to see how we can resolve this matter he went on vacation so the son was there I explained the situation to him and he said ok we will get your car fixed for you he said my dad will be back the following week and you will be able to get your car taken care of I come back the following week the owner says to me I don't remember telling you anything like that let me go get [redacted]. [redacted] comes out of the back and says I told you it was those hoses you took the car and drove it around and now you are trying to bring it back to me like I didn't fix the problem you created a new leak your a liar get out of here I don't want to work on your car no more then following that the owner says to me yea your car is only under warranty for the parts we replaced just buy another hose. I then say to the owner what did I just pay for if my antifreeze is leaking out he told me he fixed the problem now your other hose went bad you have to pay for another hose. I then asked him what was the point of telling me it was only two hoses making me pay for them and pay you to put them on if you already knew that there was another hose that was bad. I said to him that hose he sent me in the picture has been busted for a while it did not just happen the hose looks very bad. The owner says to me o well he didn't know look! that car is old its a piece of [redacted] your going to always have problems with it go find another shop then so pretty much they wont fix the problem and I just spent over $300 for nothing and got disrespected on top of that and have to spend more money to not only buy the screws for the cover underneath my car but to also buy the correct hose that is leaking and to pay someone to put it on.Desired SettlementI want the screws for the cover underneath my car to be replaced and my cover put back on and I would also like for them to replace the correct hose and to buy another bottle of audi antifreeze to put back into my coolant tank

Misdiagnosed a problem and now I have to pay for the part that they advised another company to order.I took my car to AW's car repair to have head gaskets sealed on August 13, 2015. Upon the return of the car when we drove it the car kept cutting off. We took the car back to the shop where the mechanic said unfortunately your computer has gone out and that will need to be replaced. The mechanic looked online and found a replacement computer for about 50$ and gave me the parts number so that I could order it becasue he said that he did not have an [redacted] account. After ordering the part and having expedited shipping the mechanic took the part to [redacted] where he was told that the part could not be flashed and if that were the problem then we would need a new computer. The mechanic advised use that we needed a new computer and we gave him the ok to have [redacted] order one at a cost of about $900. [redacted] then tried to install the new computer but the car still would not crank. [redacted] then had to go back over all of the work that had been completed by AW's Auto Service and found that the mechanic left some ground wires out, according to [redacted] these wires were the reason the car would not start. They fixed the wires and then replaced the old computer that worked fine. Now because the computer is a non refundable part I have to pay [redacted] for the part and the service of finding out what was actually wrong with the car. If the initial work had been done correctly then we would not even be in this mess. Now I owe [redacted] $1400 before I can get my car back. AW's Auto Service has verbally admitted fault but says they will only pay [redacted] $300 towards what is owed for the part that was ordered. I have incurred many other fees dealing with this situation such as rental cars, and paying people for transportation while the problem was being handled. /////Desired SettlementI want AW's Auto Service to take financial responsibility for the mistake that they cause by first doing the work wrong then later misdiagnosing the problem resulting in ordering a $900 part that is not needed./////

Iwent to aw auto to repair my[redacted] because it was making a humbing noise. The mechanic went for a test ride and said that my front left wheel bearing is not giving problem. I left my car to repair it and then they had to cut the abs light because they could not remove it while replacing the wheel bearing. And the abs sensor was not with them, they said I can take my car and come back tomorrow to replace the abs sensor. Three light(abs, tcs and pne light with exclamation inside triangle) were on and they said it is normal because there was no abs sensor on my car.I went next day and they replaced it but all three light didnot go away and most important part the noise was still there. Now they are saying it is because of the rear tores ot is making that noise. I was shocked. If tires were making that noise why they make me replaced the abs sensor.At the mean time, the owners comes again and says rear struts are bad and needs to be replaced but the mechanic said nono struts are fine!!! (Lookd like they are there to rip off people) this make me to think. Did they replaced the wheel bearing even it was not bad!!!Now I have been following up with them just to make the three light go away and they managed to remove abs light but rest two lights are still there..I went there again today and they are saying they are not going to fix and why it tooks them 20 days to say this!!Desired SettlementI want them to either repair the light and that noise or issue me a refund plus dealership fees that I will take my car to remove those two lights!!!
