I have had two excellent car experiences with AWS on Ventura avenue, when my girlfriend called me very upset that her car was not running right I knew were to take it, her check engine light had been on for some time and I was very concerned with the way the car was driving, it wouldn't go over 45 mph on the fwy, we have kids and this is something that was very unsettling.Seeing as that I had taken my car to AWS just a few months before I knew the guys would give me a good deal and be upfront and honest with me about what was wrong. Caleb gave me a free diagnostics and let me know within 5 minutes what the problem was. He gave me a time frame on how long it would take and they were right on the money. Larry (the owner) called me personally to let me know that the car was ready and was running like it should, The car is running perfect again and we are extremely satisfied with the honesty and genuine concern they showed...I HIGHLY recommend this shop, you will not be disappointing.

Prompt service. My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. They had it fixed within 24 hours. Kept me up to date on the status through out the day. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to any one.

When purchasing a vehicle, it's a must to stop by AWS for a once over inspection. Their customer service is unparalleled, these are some seriously easy to talk to guys.

Had some major work done on my car's air conditioning. Very complicated job. Entire dash, steering wheel and middle console had to be removed.
