AWS Garage Doors

Never had such a bad experience with a so called business owner before. The technician was nice but the owner is unprofessional and completely unresponsive once he got paid. I've had an issue with my service for weeks and he is uninterested in sending someone out to fix the problem because he has already been paid for it. We've been calling for weeks and no one has been out yet. I would never recommend this company even though they were a few hungered dollars cheaper, I'd rather pay more and get the better service.

Do not waste your Time with this business. Very unprofessional. I was told they show up at a certain time that morning, no one showed up. No one called, I had to call to find out why no one showed up only to be give a response that confirmed they did not care about my time but only their time. Then after the door was installed, it did not operate as I was told and is very loud even though I have a belt drive operator which is suppose to be quite. I have waited several weeks for them come out and service door but he (Allen) keeps giving me the run around. He stopped answer my calls. I had to get someone else with a different number to call just to proof he was ignoring me which I confirmed was true because he answered from the different number. Again don't waste your time.

AWS garage doors installed two garage doors for me on 10-25-19. The company never finished the job. Several emails and calls,they haven't returned.
10-25-19 doors installed. They said they would order insulation and install at later date. I emailed 12-4-19 Aws said "it was on order". 12-30-19 AWS said Materials coming next week.12-14-20 insulation installed. Garage doors are missing pressure specs no stickers on doors emailed 1-30-20 no answer . Also missing roller retainer springs.2-7-20 emailed again to come out and look at doors. No answer . 2-20-20 emailed no answer . 2-25-20 emailed again. No answer . Phone calls to owner after emails no answer. I have an inspection soon on the doors and I don't know if they are correct. Paid by check 10-25-19. I would appreciate if someone from upper management would come out to my house with garage door specs, and let me know what else is missing.

They a great job. Sales person was friendly and quick to give a fair quote. Didn't try to haggle, just gave me a fair price upfront. Scheduled the installation promptly. The installers were onetime, friendly, fast, and polite. All around very happy with the service
