AWS Landscape

I paid AWS for landscape work they did not complete. In multiple text messages owner Alan [redacted] agreed to return and complete the work, but he did not. My yard is obviously in an unfinished state. I have wasted water and money because he left a sprinkler head uncapped; water floods the area and dumps debris in another part of my yard. Patios were left not grouted. Beds were left with no or insufficient fill rock. My back yard is heavily grooved and lumpy from AWS using large equipment to transport materials and failing to re-grade afterward.
