I ordered a smart swim trainer for my baby on 4/23/20 and never recieved it and no refund.
I ordered a smart swim trainer for my baby on 4/23/20 I recieved a text afterwards with a order number. On 4/27/20 received another text saying it was shipped from china. There shipping policy says it can take 15-21 days to receive item. So I gave it sometime and never received it. So I looked for a number to call and I called it and it rang once or twice then went to voicemail then they randomly texted me asking me for my order number I said call me back "because I thought that was weird" never recieved a call back. I looked them up on Facebook and messaged them they asked for my order number on there so I gave it to them and I havent heard anything back from them since. I message them sometimes asking about my order and they just ignore me. I just want my refund. Order #
