Review: A Roof-replacement was improperly and inferior replaced on my residence. Termite damaged framing/structural-wood was not replaced.Roof was improperly and inferiorly replaced on my residence. The original wood roof frame was not properly replaced. There are large gaps in the roof due to these issues. In addition, water damage caused by recent rains due to failure of the roofer to properly cover up the roof while it was being replaced.Concequently the sheet rock/ceiling in damaged and requires replacement. The Contractor, [redacted] stated he would use 'larger flashing,” in effect only covering up the extensive damage.This would not be acceptable.Desired Settlement: I want the roof properly repaired and replaced. The Termite damaged wood needs to be removed and replaced with new wood. The roof replacement needs to be properly done in a professional manner.The Sheet rock damaged ceiling needs replaced in the north-porch area as well as the Bathroom roof and walls.
