On March Mr*** did bring his VW euro van for us to replace his headliner before removing the headliner we noticed that the side plastic pillars were cracked on both sides and one plastic trim that goes above the rear sliding door was broken and that the piece was missing
we proceeded to remove the headliner but we only removed one side of the plastic pillars to not completely break the other side wen Mr*** came to pick up the car we did not inform him of the broken pillars because we were sure that he had noticed the broken pillars and knew that they were broken before the car was brought to us. He came back after several minutes asking us about them we explained to him that they were damaged before we took the headliner off he insisted that we broke them got aggressive with us and started shouting so we asked him to leave our shop we have witnesses that saw the damaged pieces before the headliner was removed as well as his aggressive behavior when he complained about the damaged pieces. The reason we left before the police arrived was that when they arrived it was past closing time and Mr*** did not inform us he had called the policeWe expected Mr*** to return more calm so that we could of calmly come to an arrangementthis is shop with over years experience in auto upholstery and nothing like this has ever happened here never had a customer complain about our service and we really don't want any of our customers to be unsatisfied so if Mr*** would to return we would gladly take care of the damaged that we allegedly broke because even tough we didn't break them something like this makes this shop look bad and we do not want that because this is what we make a living fromThank you
