yes you are correct special; orders are generally non returnable as the item is available...just not something we prefer to stock. And yes...I understand looking through every line of print and rules is just not something everyone does these days....I get it.
In your case...as this is a smaller cost item that we think we can resell,hopefully without having to discount too much, please email Brad P[redacted] at

Once we receive the item back, Brad will inspect it as to condition, and let you know if...there will be a restock fee or not. You will however of course have to pay shipping charges both ways..as these are hard costs to us.Brad can get that info. As long as the packaging and item are sellable as brand new...we should be ok, Brad will determine.
Hopefully this gets you looked after. In the future if you would like more personal advice on product you can also call the store and speak with a rep from that dept...and ask all the questions you want. They can take payment, and ship out same as webstore....
